Dear God,

 

We aren’t sure why we’re here on Earth,

We wonder every day.

But know we’ll see your grand design,

By showing us the way.

 

We see this journey as a gift,

That’s really very rare.

And know we’re safe among the stars,

In your enduring care.

 

We thank you in our special ways,

Each one of your creations.

No matter where we live and breathe,

In all the world’s locations.

 

We thank you for our families,

No matter how created.

Please give us strength to share our love,

Because we’re all related.

 

So on this day of giving thanks,

For everything we need.
